This helps us keep our community safe, connected, and informed about upcoming runs, events, collaborations, and releases.

You only need to complete this form once.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in SRC activities, including group runs, meetups, workouts, and other events, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, falls, traffic, weather conditions, or property loss.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I understand and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in SRC activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless SLVRBCK, SRC, its owners, organizers, volunteers, representatives, and event partners from any claim, liability, or demand arising from my participation in SRC activities, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.

MEDIA CONSENT

SRC and SLVRBCK may capture photographs and video during runs and events for community storytelling, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

By submitting this form, I grant SRC and SLVRBCK permission to use my image and likeness for these purposes.
