Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders are shipped primarily through USPS.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been accepted and scanned by USPS, SLVRBCK Is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.For delivery issues, please contact USPS directly or submit a claim through USPS.
